Three Pond Barrens Groomers is a volunteer group caring for winter grooming and year-round trail access in the Three Pond Barrens and Pippy Park area.
Who We Are
Three Pond Barrens Groomers (TPBG) was established to groom trails in the winter in the Three Pond Barrens / Pippy Park area. TPBG volunteers purchased equipment such as snowmobiles and grooming drags required for grooming operations. The equipment and associated operating costs are supported by donations from people who enjoy the groomed trails for a variety of activities.
What We Do
The maintenance of the trails requires year-round attention by TPBG. Volunteers clear blowdowns and leaners, remove hazards, improve drainage, maintain boardwalks, and reduce trail damage so the park stays accessible for bikes, skis, snowshoes, walkers, hikers, and runners.
